Great agents know
great agents.
Introduce someone who would benefit from MODR’s broker support, technology and community. When an eligible referral joins and generates qualifying brokerage revenue, you share in that growth.
Of qualifying revenue MODR actually collects and retains from your referred agent during their first 12 months.
Up to $10,000 per referralThis is a recruiting reward based on MODR’s revenue—not the agent’s gross commissions, property sales volume or mortgage business. No minimum $100,000 threshold is required to earn a quarterly reward.

Start a broker conversationEligibility and agreement
Participation is for active MODR agents in good standing. Ola must verify eligibility, attribution and a signed referral-program agreement before any revenue qualifies for a reward. Submitting an introduction or accepting the overview in BIQ does not replace that signed agreement. Outside participants are not enrolled through this program.
Record the introduction first
Get the prospect’s permission to share their details, then submit the referral in BIQ before they apply. The first documented eligible introduction receives attribution. Ola resolves duplicate claims and confirms that the prospect was not already actively being recruited by MODR. The prospect must join under MODR’s sponsorship. Self-referrals are excluded.
The first 12 months
The eligibility window begins on the confirmed effective date of TREC sponsorship and ends immediately before its first anniversary. For a February 29 start, the first anniversary is February 28 the following year. Revenue must actually be collected within that window. Accrual ends earlier if the referred agent leaves MODR. Earned rewards remain payable after departure, subject to reconciliation; the referring agent’s later departure does not erase an approved referral or already earned rewards.
What counts toward your reward
Qualifying revenue consists of brokerage commission splits and brokerage transaction fees actually collected and retained by MODR from that referred agent. Exclusions include commissions paid to agents, onboarding fees, monthly technology fees, mentor fees, vendor or transaction-coordinator pass-through charges, refunded amounts and all mortgage revenue. An invoice or pending closing does not count until MODR receives the money. Refunds and accounting corrections reduce qualifying revenue.
Quarterly calculation and cap
The reward is 10% of qualifying revenue, limited to $10,000 total for each referred agent. Payments are reviewed after calendar quarters end, even though each agent has an individual 12-month window. For example, $25,000 in qualifying MODR revenue produces a $2,500 reward. Eligible revenue collected near the end of the first year is reviewed after its calendar quarter closes. Calculations use cumulative eligible revenue through the quarter, less rewards already paid, with amounts rounded down to the nearest cent.
Ola approves. Mika reviews and signs off.
Leadership verifies accounting entries before approving a payout. Ola approves the quarterly amount; Mika independently reviews and signs off before payment. The target payment timing is within 30 days after quarter-end, following verification and receipt of required payment and tax information. BIQ records external payments and confirmation references; it does not transfer funds. No reward or income level is guaranteed.
Corrections and disputes
Leadership keeps an audit history of recorded revenue and approvals. Corrections are recorded as separate ledger entries; completed payments cannot be deleted. If a correction creates an overpayment, leadership reconciles it under the signed agreement before approving further rewards. Contact Ola for an attribution or calculation dispute and provide supporting records.
Recruiting, reviews and other referrals
This program covers recruiting agents to MODR. It does not offer rewards for client, mortgage, title or other settlement-service referrals. Testimonial participation, ratings and publication permission do not affect referral eligibility or compensation.
This page summarizes the proposed program terms. The executed agreement governs participation and payment, and must be finalized before enrollment is approved. Future changes should be documented in a new program version and must not retroactively reduce rewards already earned under an executed agreement.
