Your choices.
Your information.

Research requests

MODR stores the contact information, question and permissions you submit so leadership and an assigned active MODR agent can respond. If you arrive through a verified MODR agent link, that agent can see your request. School requests are also recorded in BIQ’s contact database for the assigned agent or, if unassigned, leadership. School-only requests are labeled research inquiries. Repeat requests may be linked to an existing contact by email; contacts belonging to another agent require leadership review. Homeowner volunteer submissions are not added to the lead database. Home-search help and future marketing updates have separate optional checkboxes.

Checklist emails

If you request a checklist by email, MODR uses its notification email service to send you the download link. A download is also available directly on the guide. Email acceptance does not guarantee delivery. Requesting a checklist does not enroll you in future marketing.

Local Voices

Volunteer submissions are initially visible only to MODR leadership. Public stories require a separate publication choice and moderation. When approved, a story shows only the public display name, school, experience type, experience dates and reviewed story. Email addresses, phone numbers, internal notes and assignment information are not published.

Private question responses and direct introductions require separate permission before sharing contact details. MODR does not automatically extract stories or contacts from private sold-home records.

Changes, removal and questions

Contact MODR through the website contact section to correct your submission, withdraw public-story permission or request removal. Please identify the district and email address used so the team can locate your request.

Do not submit children’s names, private student records, passwords or financial documents. Published experiences are personal perspectives rather than district endorsements or guarantees.
