Does a city name tell me the school district?
Do not rely on a city, mailing address or listing description alone. Verify the exact property address and school year with the district.
Can MODR guarantee enrollment or admission?
No. District assignment, enrollment requirements and choice-program admissions are managed by the district. Confirm them directly.
Will I be contacted about buying a home?
A school-information request allows a response to that request. Home-search assistance and future marketing updates each have separate, optional choices on the form.
Can I speak with a homeowner?
You can request a perspective. MODR will check availability and permission. We never publish homeowner contact details or automatically connect you to a past client.
