SYSTEMS + PEOPLE + COMMUNITY

Support that belongs
in your working day.

MODR’s approach brings brokerage relationships and practical business resources together. Ask leadership which services are included in your plan and how they fit your market.

What agents can use in BIQ today

Priorities and business planning

Save priorities, manually maintained business records, learning goals, campaign plans, mind maps and vision boards. Use a creative whiteboard to organize ideas and images.

Marketing and branding resources

Open the MODR Brand Guide and brokerage Canva templates, organize your design links and review your online presence. Campaign preparation includes budget assumptions and a readiness checklist.

Brokerage conversations and support

Approved members can share posts and submit broker support requests. Broker responses appear in the workspace, giving you a place to return to the conversation.

BIQ currently organizes saved records, resource links and manual planning. Live CRM/calendar synchronization, automatic ad publishing, Zoom recording imports and the expanded BIQ AI assistant are not connected yet. Real Geeks remains MODR’s CRM.

Broker access and transaction questions

Discuss onboarding, contract and transaction questions, brokerage procedures and technology with MODR leadership. Confirm transaction-coordination availability, costs and responsibilities in your written plan.

BIQ support requests are available to approved members. For time-sensitive questions, contact leadership directly.
